10 days to production

One business process. 10 days. Production.

Choose one real business process. We put it into production in 10 business days — with real users, real data and real permissions.

Production architecture from Day 1. Not a pilot architecture that gets rebuilt later. The objective is not to prove that AI Fabrix could work later — it is to make the agreed process live.

The commercial offer

One business process, live in production, in 10 working days.

Fixed price — €15,000. One outcome, agreed before we start. The clock starts only when the agreed people, system access and prerequisites are ready.

Deploy on AI Fabrix SaaS for the fastest route to production, or in your own Azure tenant for maximum control — one administrator, one subscription, one consent.

Production deployment
Connections to the agreed business systems
Real user identity
Real permissions
Your existing AI interface
Business acceptance by your own experts
A live production capability

If we cannot deliver the agreed production capability, your cost is €0.

What you have on Day 10

Not another AI demonstration.
An evidence-backed decision.

A fast answer is not enough. The result must be useful for the business, inside the correct authority boundary and supported by Evidence.

Day 10 ownership boundary: Before Day 1, the commercial terms define which evaluation artifacts remain in your tenant and the responsibilities for Evidence export, retention, deletion and environment cleanup. If the decision is Stop, no production release follows; artifact handling follows those agreed terms.

A generated Role Assistant for the agreed business outcome and role
Your business context represented with the meaning, relationships and rules required for the process
Governed participation from the agreed real systems
Authority boundaries tested for identified people, including refusal and safe-stop cases
Representative business tasks validated by your experts
Business value measured against the baseline agreed before Day 1
Inspectable Evidence showing what was tested, what authority applied and what happened
A clear decision: Proceed, Refine or Stop
How the 10 days work

AI Fabrix builds. Your experts challenge.

Your experts are not there to build the solution. Their job is to challenge the business truth that AI cannot responsibly invent, and to accept the result on Day 9.

Days 1–2 — Deploy

Deploy and connect enterprise identity.

Days 2–4 — Connect

Connect the required business systems.

Days 4–6 — Build

Build the business capability and permission model.

Days 7–8 — Test

Test real scenarios and failure scenarios.

Day 9 — Business acceptance

Your business accepts the capability against the criteria agreed before Day 1.

Day 10 — Production

The agreed process goes live. No rebuild. No separate post-PoC phase.

What your experts validate

The parts that belong to your organisation.

AI Fabrix lifecycle controls cover the platform and generated technical capability. Customer experts remain the authority on customer business truth.

Does it understand our business correctly?
Does it respect our authority boundaries?
Can it perform our agreed work against real systems?
Does it refuse or stop safely when required?
Does it create enough measurable value?
What happens on Day 11?

Continue from Evidence. Not another open-ended pilot.

Proceed — prepare for production

Complete the customer’s security, compliance, operating-model and release work with AI Fabrix Enterprise.

Refine — correct what did not validate

Adjust the specification, information or authority boundary and repeat the affected validation—not the entire build.

Stop — stop with Evidence

Finding that a process should not proceed is a valid evaluation outcome.

Is your process suitable?

Important enough to measure. Bounded enough to prove.

The first conversation is not a generic product demo. We determine whether your process is a credible 10-day candidate and what must be ready before Day 1.

A named business owner
A recurring business task with a clear outcome
Authoritative information available from agreed systems
Identifiable people and authority boundaries
Representative happy-path, refusal and safe-stop cases
A business measure that can be compared with an agreed baseline

Prove usefulness and control in the same 10 days.
